Privacy & file processing
How the request form and print calculator handle data. Updated 30 September 2026.
Request form
The form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not create a site database record. We receive the message when you send it inside WhatsApp, whose policies also apply.
Calculator & files
Preview and manual calculations run locally. After consent and Analyze file, the file is uploaded through OMQ to CloudSlicer3D, with CloudSlicer as a possible fallback, to estimate weight and time. Only upload files you are authorized to share. Contact us to arrange handling of confidential files.
The site does not retain a permanent upload copy after server request processing; the slicing provider may retain a copy under its own policies. Automatic deletion at the provider is not guaranteed.
Technical storage
A technical session cookie protects analysis requests and ties results to your browser. The estimate or selected project is temporarily stored in sessionStorage to transfer it to the request form in the same tab. Hosting may retain operational logs. Derived network identifiers are used for rate limiting without storing the raw address in the counter file.
Performance and request measurement
We collect counts of page views, request starts, summary views and WhatsApp handoffs, plus samples of page loading speed, visual stability and interaction responsiveness. Measurement excludes your name, phone number, request description, files and WhatsApp message content. It does not record page query strings or referring sites. A WhatsApp click does not confirm that a message was sent.
A temporary random identifier in the same browser tab lasts 30 minutes to reduce duplicate request-stage counts. Measurement uses no analytics cookies. Daily counts and performance samples are kept on our server for up to 90 days; older data may remain until the next cleanup on use. A derived network identifier protects against excessive traffic; measurement data does not store the raw network address. Hosting may retain separate operational logs.
You can disable measurement in this browser. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals when sent by your browser. Disabling measurement does not affect your ability to request a service.
