Before you send your request
Can I start with a photo instead of a file?
Yes, for an initial review. Extra views, dimensions or the original part may be needed, and design may be quoted separately.
Which files should I send?
Send STL or 3MF for printing and STEP, if available, for design changes. Images and PDFs are references, not necessarily printable models. If you only have G-code, include the original model if available.
Can I request a sample before a batch?
We review sample requests and confirm cost and timing first. Batch production starts after approval of details and the sample where agreed.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on design, size, quantity, finishing and availability. Tell us your deadline so we can confirm feasibility before approval.
